Energy. The focus and transfer of energy is what it's all about. I've learned that I'm blessed with a finite amount of energy (physical, emotional, mental) every day upon awakening. My set of choices from that point on becomes about how I can best direct this energy. Constantly questioning, "Am I living consciously, with awareness, to increase my understanding, performance, compassion and efficiency with self and with others?" Crossfit idealogy and practice has changed my life. It has transformed my perspective& increased ten-fold my ability to reach the goals I set.
I saw a wonderful example of energetic fellowship visiting Steve's Club this week. Steve & Erin have created a space that vibrates clearly with not only Crossfit ideals, but reasonates with the community at large with the Steve's Club outreach. I am putting together a non-profit youth athletic training center in Jersey City and Steve has been a source of inspiration and ideas. Thank you so much for showing me good, good stuff. Fingers crossed & 3-2-1 GO!
