One of my favorite things about coaching teens is the energy they bring to the room. Today was no exception. Most of them returned to school this week and had a lot of energy stored up transitioning from summer life to sitting in the classroom for most of the day.
Steve's Club is where they come to release it all. An escape path to get away from it all. An outlet to channel their stress, emotions, highs and lows of everyday life.
It is an adventure to be a part of it this wonderful community and I'm very grateful to watch these kids grow, interpersonally and physically, each and every day.
